Wrapping Up 2008 with Gratitude

On behalf of the entire GiftWorks team, I would like to thank the entire nonprofit community for a great year working together.  We recognize that 2008 has been one of the most challenging years for the nonprofit sector we serve and care so much about.  We also are humbled and gratified by how many nonprofits are choosing and using GiftWorks fundraising software to help navigate their organizations through this economic storm.   Our team remains strong and committed to serving and helping you as we tackle 2009 together.

I would also like to take a moment to thank the GiftWorks team for their voluminous accomplishments in 2008.  We released GiftWorks 2008 Standard, GiftWorks 2008 Premium, GiftWorks Events and Online Donations.  Whew! We added new training and services: GiftWorks U, CASS/NCOA certification, and data importing offerings.  We answered thousands of phone calls and answered tens of thousands of emails.  We nurtured and grew wonderful partnerships:  Techsoup, our nearly 700 consultants, and our ten state nonprofit associations are among the highlights.  Our client base has grown considerably, and we are thrilled to have so much more to offer our ongoing clients as their organizations grow and change.  It has been a lot of hard work, but well worth it.

From our team to yours, we wish you the very best in 2009 and beyond.
